DBCA Fee

When you join our sea lion tour, you’re not just in for an unforgettable adventure – you’re also stepping into the marine park, the natural playground of our cheeky local sea lions. To help keep this place as special as it is, a Marine Park Entry Fee is collected on behalf of the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA).

So, what does this fee do? It goes straight back into protecting the sea lions and looking after their beautiful backyard. From funding research and monitoring, to looking after their food sources and keeping their home clean and healthy, every dollar helps keep the sea lions safe and thriving. These little guys are found only in WA and South Australia, and they’re an endangered species – so your contribution really does make a difference.

Think of it as giving back to the locals. By paying this fee, you’re helping ensure the next generation (and the one after that!) can still enjoy the magic of seeing these playful creatures up close. It’s not just a ticket into the marine park – it’s your chance to be part of the story that keeps it alive and protected.
